SECOND OFFENCE. (L>v Telograph —Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., July 28. At the Magistrate’s Court F. R. Waller was charged with being drunk while in charge of a motor car and was fined £2O and bis license cancelled tor six months, the magistrate stating that defendant had been lined £lO for similar offence in November.
