INVERCARGILL SENTENCES. <Bv Tni^rar>h--press A-ssoclaUon..} INVERCARGILL, May 14. In the Supreme Court to-day before Mr. Justice Kennedy, Peter McDonald, who had pleaded guilty to a charge of indecently assaulting a- male, aged eight years, was sentenced to imprisonment with, hard labour for a term of three years. Thomas George McCreath, who had. 'pleaded guilty to a charge of .breaking and entering a shop at Greenhills and stealing, goods to the value of £5, was sentenced! to three years’ imprisonment with hard labour. Prisoner had been previously convicted.
