DEAD SOLDIERS’ CHILDREN
WORTHY MOVEMENT

The fact that the Dunedin Returned Soldiers’ Association is at present endeavouring to establish something! in the nature* of a “big brother” movement was announced by Air. H. L. Paterson at the annual meeting of the Otago Patriotic Association to-day. Air. Paterson explained that the object. was to secure assistance in getting a. start- in life for children k>f deceased soldiers. Tie stated that many of these children were now reaching an age when they needed *a start in life, and •owing to tire fact that they had no fathers to help them they found the wav very difficult.
