MELBOURNE, May IIAfc an inquest at Geelong into the death of Horace- Walpole, the car driver who was found murdered- in bis taxi-cab on April 29, Erie Brookwell was committed: for trial on a. charge of murdeir. A detective gave evidence that Brock well admitted- having killed Walpole, and added that he was n-o-t in •his right senses owing to worry. He had bought- a rifle intending to kill himself.
