DAMAGE IN N.S.W. (United Presa Association—By Electric Telegrapli Copyright.) Received 11.30 a.m. to-day. SYDNEY, Feb. 14. Fierce storms on the central tablelands caused much damage and in many places dislocated miles of telegraph and telephone lines. As much as five inches of rain was recorded at some stations. The deluge was accompanied by hail at times, and the streets in several small towns w-ere soon awash.
Harden and Murrumburrah suffered particularly, and the stock losses are feared to be heavy in some districts.
