SOON PUT TO TRST FLAGRANT PROPAGANDA MESSAGE TO BRITISH WORKERS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph wopy light.) LONDON, Jan. 2. “The Government has not had to wait long to test the Soviet Government’s good faith,” says “The Times,” giving attention to a liagrant piece oi .Bolshevist propaganda, namely the “Daily Worker’s” publication of a message from the presidium of the Uommunist International, in which this new paw'er is described as “a new anci powerful weapon in the hands of the British working class in its fight against capitalism and social Fascist Labour Government.”

“The Times” emphasises that before the appointment of ambassadors and the recent exchange of assurances, this message might have been dismissed merely as- a typical example of Bolshevik meddling in another country’s, affairs, but in the circumstances it becomes far more important.' “The Times” recalls that both Mr MacDonald and Mr Snowden have admitted the close relationship of the Soviet Government and the Communist International. “If, therefore, the Communist International consists of persons under the direct or indirect control of the Soviet Goverment, then this act of the Communist International is an open breach of the pledge which was given Jess than a fortnight ago.” “The Times” adds that Mr Henderson has asserted as a fact that . the Soviet Government has pledged itself to restrain Communist International propaganda. “I-fc is now Tiis "turn to act and with a directness that shall prevent all possibility of a misunderstand’ing in Moscow,”
