MEDICAL ATTENTION NEEDED. (By Telegraph—Special to “The Star.’ ) WELLINGTON, Dec. 5. During a Cabinet meeting to-day the Hon. E. A. Ransom (Minister of Public Works) was seized with faintness and medical assistance had to be secured from a neighbouring hospital, and the Minister, who quickly reoov■erecl consciousness, was taken to nis home. The illness is not regarded as serious.
