No. 56928. ALL that piece of land situated in the Hawera Settlement, containing One Rood, more or less, being Allotment Number Two (2) on Plan Number Three (3) deposited in the Land Transfer Office at New Plymouth, which said piece of land is part of Section Number Three (3) as delineated in the Public Map of the said settlement deposited in the Survey Office at New Plymouth, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Register Book volume 4, folio 93 (Taranaki Registry).
