LONDON, Nov. 4. The Home Minister (Rt. Hon. J. R. Clynevs), in answer to a question in the House- of Commons, said that when Anglo-Russian relations were severed in 1927, the Russian trading firm of Arcos, Ltd was not disbanded, but continues trading.
