CANBERRA, Aug. 30. Much speculation prevails as to the political future and there are many rumours abroad that the reconstruction of the Ministry is imminent, on© 'suggestion being that the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon S. M. Bruce, will resign immediately and hand over the reins to the Hon. J. G. Latham. AttorneyGeneral. Another is that the Arbitration Bill wi'll be postponed a fortnight to allow further consideration of it by Ministerialists. All these rumours have boon denied after party meetings which have been held.
