EiLiTHAM YOUTHS AT COURT. James Mullally, Samuel Patrick White, and 1 Leonard Michael White, the three Eltliam youths who were dealt with at the last session of the .■supreme Court at New Plymouth, again appeared before Mr. B. \\ . Theft, in or about March, 1929. ol a roller anil a trotting strap, valued at L2. the property of A. E Adams. The accused, for whom Mr. A. Cli rystal appeared, pleaded guilty to the foregoing charges, on all of which lie was convicted and discharged. Further charges against Mullally were : Theft, on May 31, 1929, of a whip, 1 valued at os, the property of Jacob| Fryer. On the understanding that the I whip be returned to the owner this I charge was withdrawn.
