The report to be presented to tli© suppliers of the Kapon-ga Dairy Company Ltd., at the annual meeting on Wednesday is as below: The quantity of butter-fat handled during the year again reached record figures,’ 3 the increase of 8 per cent, recorded in the nrevious season having advanced, in the season just concluded, to* 23 percent. in excess of the total for the year ended June 30, 1927. For balancesheet purposes unsold stocks, comprising six shipments, have been taken into account at the rate of 82s 6d per cwt. and on this basis the amount to the credit of the appropriation accountpermits of a payment to- suppliers, apart from interest on shares, of Is 7-gd per lb butter-fat. The pay-out for 3927-28 was Is 9id per lb butterfat, exclusive of interest on shares. A dividend at the rate of 5 per cent, "on paid up capital is recommended for distribution. “Tlie retiring directors are Messrs. A. V. Tait and W. E. Hpliard, who offer themselves- for re-election.
