PRESIDES AT PRIVY COUNCIL. (Australian Press Association—United Service.) Received 10.30 a.m. to-dav. LONDON, Aug. 15. His Majesty held a Privy Council at Buckingham Palace. It was the first since his second operation. Although the six Councillors of State continue to function, His Majesty lias overtaken much of their work.
