Ihe Commonwealth Parliament opened its session at Canberra to-day. The sessions is expected to be acrimonious on account of tue Rt. Hon. S. M. Brace’s intention to abolish the Federal Arbitration Court. A Government victory is, however, assured. Mr ’Theodore has launched a censure motion complaining of the Government’s action in withdrawing the prosecution against John Btrown, a colliery proprietor, who L alleged 5 to have locked out miners. The House immediately adjourned.
