Ah unknown young woman uttered a piercing shriek and* threw herself over the Bondi cliffs today. Her body dreadfully mutilated, was recovered 150 feet* -below Death was probably instantaneous. Received 10.30 a.m. to-day. SYDNEY, Aug. 14. The girl who threw herself over the rocks at Bondi has been identified as Valerie Heelan, aged 24, a married woman. Another woman tried- to prevent the tragedy, and the girl said she would not go over, but the next instant she leapt, crashing on to the rocks below .
