The international air race lias degenerated into a farce. It finished at (Jrley, near Brussels, but no arrangements’ had been made to register the arrivals at Orley before three o’clock in the afternoon of Wednesday, hence Broad and Miss Spooner, who averaged seven hundred miles per day and easily outdistanced the others, are wasting time in order to make the final hop to Brussels. THE LEAD REGAINED. Received 10.35 a.m to-day. BRUSSELS, Aug. 13. Broad, Carberry, and Miss Spooner have regained the lead in the nroundEurope flight.
