EAST AFRICAN COLONIES.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR: UNION. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 27. The Colonial Secretary, the Rt. Hon. L. C. M. S. Amery, stated in the House' of Commons that he proposed to ask Sir Samuel Wilson, Permanent Under-Secretary of the Colonial Office, to proceed to East Africa as soon as possible to discuss the recommendations made by the Sir Hilton Young Commission for the closer union of the Kenya, Tanganyika and Uganda colonies.
