Henceforth Italian publishers are invited to submit proofs of political publications to tne local Fascist federations, which, when in doubt, will submit them to the Fascist National Press Bureau for examination. The federations are instructed to treat with particular severity hyperbolical publications ridiculing Fascism on the pretext of exalting it.
