The police again arrested the wrong man in connection with the Boonjie murder. The man recently retained at Thursday island arrived under escort at Cairns to-day. He now declares his name is not Kelly, whom the police want, but Gordon Franks, which is confirmed. He also repudiates the allegation that he murdered Walters. The police are convinced lie is .not the man wanted.
