THE B GRADE SCHEME. MINISTER'S ATTITUDE. (By Telegraph—Special to The Star.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 24. The recent radio trade conference is responsible for the publication of a statement that When the .proposal was submitted for the establishment B grade radio stations financed from advertising revenue, the 'PostmasterGcneral and head of the Department had stated they saw no objection. The Hon. J. B.
