Beceived 11.25 a.m. to-day. . SYDNEY, Jan. 16. The police and over one hundred civilians combed the scrub around Kentucky on the Georges River yesterday until midnight for the two-year-old child Leslie Eawcett, who mysteriously disappeared from a sulky where he was left asleep. It is not known whether he was carried away by an unknown person or wandered into the hush. It is feared. the child may have fallen into the river, which the police dragged for hours without result.
