MILAN, Jan. 14

The world’s biggest aeroplane is being completed at the Caproni works here for the Italian army. It weighs 15 tons, is designed to carry a load of tlie same amount, lias six coupled engines each of 1000 horse-power,- a speed of 125 miles an hour, and a cruising range of 75 hours. The width between the wing tips is 197 feet, its height is 47 feet and its length S 7 feet-. It is equipped to carry either a load of bombs or a hundred men.

The construction occupied eighteen months. Every part was built in the Milan factory and assembled at Vizzola, near Lake Maggioro, where the trials will begin when the worst of tlie winter is over.
