FAMOUS PAINTER COMMITS SUICIDE.

Emile Fuchs, internationally famous painter and (Sculptor, committed suicide to-day by shooting. He had! been in ill-liealth for some time.
He made sure of his aim by holding a tortoise-sheil-framed glass as he pulled) the trigger. Hi® sister, arriving for the Sunday lunolieon, found the body and rushed to the window. Her screams brought pedestrians to the house. They found a note addressed, to the sister stating Fuchs felt he was dying from cancer. Fuah:s. who. was bom in Vienna m 1866, was the designer of the King Edward postage stamps. He executed several medallions for Queen Victoria, King Edward- VII., and Queen Alexandra, as well as doing other work for British Royalty.
