RETURNED SOLDIERS’ LOSS.
FACTORY BUILDING DESTROY'ED.

Fire destroyed a large wooden building at West Belt, Rangiora, etarly this morning. The building was owned by Woods Bros., apiarists, and used by them as -a. factory and storeroom. In addition t-o- a quantity of plant, which include d an electric oven and boiler® usedi in connection with the apiary about is-even tons of ihonev and a- Qiinn-'
till of other material was destroyed. The owners, who are both returned soldiers, will be heavy losers. The damage is estimated at £IOOO, and the insurance was £260 on' the building and plant and) £250 on the hones* in the apiary. x
