A SAVOURY FISH COURSE.
Butter a plain mould. 'Scatter breadcrumbs all over it, and line it with mashed potatoes beaten up with butter and yolk of egg, cayenne pepper and salt.
Bill the inside of the dish with flaked fish, mixed with rich white sauce. 'Spread more of the potato over the top of.it. Brown in the oven, and cook until the contents of the mould arc firm.
Turn out carefully; pour anchovy sauce round; scatter chopped parsley on top, and serve.
