To-day the Emperor, in the uniform of a geiieralissimo, escorted by cavalry, proceeded to the House of Peons:, where he personally read the rescript opening Parliament in full' ceremony. Many princes, and diplomatic representative s were present. After the presentation of replies to: the Throne, the House' adjourned till January 20.
