AIELBOURNE, Dec. 11. A proposal to send a delegation of eight representatives, fqur representing the employers and four the employees to Britain to' study the industrial conditions there is likely tq arise out of the Pbace in Industry Conference. It is stated that already £6OOO has been subscribed towards the expenses of such a delegation. There is every indication that the proposal will be adopted.
