NO VOTE THIS PARLIAMENT. (By Telegraph —Special to The Star.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 10. Liquor will be sold at Bellamy’s throughout the life of the present Parliament. The Licensing Act provides that a, vote of the members of both Houses shall be taken on the fourth Tuesday of the first session on the question of the sale of liquor within Parliament Buildings.
