Explaining defendant’s alleged breach of the motor regulations, the contable said that about '6.45 on the evening of August 25 defendant had been riding- the motor cycle in Stafford Street, Normanby. 'Two other .Maori youths were on the pillion seat. Defendant, who did not appear to repute the charge or hear it, proved, was fined 10s and 15s costs.
