HAWERA HIGH SCHOOL v. FEILDING AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL.

On Tuesday morning the Hawera High School A team journeyed to Feilding to play their annual match with the Feilding Agricultural High School.

The following players in charge of Mr. W. W. Thomas made the trip: A. Nolan, J. Herbert. K. McDonald, C. Sturrock, H. Barker, J. Petersen, I. Guy, M. Morrison, L. Evans, H. Moore, L. Pocey, P. Kipx>enberger, D. Wills, P. Keegan, L. Edwards, W. Corley, K. Matthews, and R. Campbell. Yesterday the match was played at Tollu.ston Park on a sodden ground, and resulted in a. win for the Hawera boys by eight points to nil. The Hawera: forwards were seen to advantage throughout the game, and more than shaded tlieir opponents. The backs also were conspicuous for good handling in difficult phases of the game. For the winkers I. Guy scored a try, which J. Petersen converted, and Petersen also kicked a penalty goal.
