INT ER N ATIONAL TOUR NEY. Received 12.15 p.m. to-day. LONDON, July 23. At tlie international tennis tournament at Dusseldorf, in the men’s singles, Borotra beat Boussus 6—4 ana '9—7_. In the doubles Borotra and Boussus beat Boyd and Robson, 6 —3, 3—6, 10—8, and 6—3. In the mixed doubles, Boyd and Miss Ryan beat Borotra and Fraulein Aussen, 2—6, 6—4, 6—3.
