COST OF RELIEF
RUSSIAN LOSSES IN FREIGHTS
(Australian Press Association —United Service.) Received 1.15 p.m to-day. LONDON, July 23. The Moscow correspondent of “The Times” states that the relief expedition cost Russia £50,000 lost in freights alone, owing to shipping being deprived of the icebreakers Krassin and Malygin. This does not include the heavy runninir expenses and repairs.
