OUTBREAK AT BLENHEIAI

BLENHEIM, July 26. This morning F. W. Dodson’s aerated water factory, an old wooden structure, was destroyed by fire. Air. Dodson had some difficulty, after attempting to locate the seat of the outbreak, in escaping. The brigade was promptly on the scene,. but there was no hope from the beginning that the building, which housed a quantity of valuable machinery and stocks of essences, could be saved. Air. Dodson’s loss is considerable. The building and plant were insured for £650.
