ENGLISH TEAM FOR AUSTRALIA. 'United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) Received 10.50 a.m. to-dav. LONDON, JulV 17. The English Tennis Association, subject to the approval of the Australian Association, has offered to send Austin, Higgs, Gregory and I. C. Collins, with a manager, to Australia on a three months’ tour. They would arrive in Sydney on November 13. Matches would he played in each State, with one test match. The- team would also compete in the Victorian and Australian championships, and would embark at Perth for home in February. A guarantee would be required of £SOO. or 50 per cent of the net profits.
