I ■'ayton, Rotorua, have entered for the Australian ladies’ championship golf meeting at Rose Bay, Sydney, in August. An endeavour is being made u> secure lliroe more players to make the trip. HAW ERA LADIES’ CLUB. A team of Hawerai ladies visited Waverley on Tuesday, and spent a. very enjoyable day. Four-halls were played in the morning, resulting in a win for Waverley by one game; and ini the afternoon .Unworn won the twoball matches by three games. The monthly mdda] match, held over from Tuesday, will be played, on. Friday. Players are to choose their own partners.
