A GIRL ASSAULTED
SHOCKING OUTRAGE AT SYDNEY

SYDNEY, July 3. A girl 16 years of age was found outraged and bad y knocked about m trie scrub at Sett on Park, where she had been lying all night. She was taken to the hospital in a critical condition.
The girl told the police that, with a girl friend she left the factory where they were working at 5.30 yesterday afternoon. On their way home t;:ey met two men in a motor-car, who asked them if they wanted a .ride in the ear to meet the bus. The girls ccn sen-bed, but later the victim’s friend left the oar. Before she conld follow her the men drove quick.’y away. After outraging her they left her in the .scrub, whore she remained in a semi-conscious condition all night.
