CAR FALLS INTO RIVER.
TWO WOMEN REPORTED DROWNED.
(United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) ** (Australian Press Association.) Received 10.35 a.m. to-day. SYDNEY, June 25. The police at Ivogarah. a suburb of Sydney, have been informed that a motor-oar containing a man and two women overshot the punt at - Tairen Point, George’s River, early this morning, and sunk in deep water. Both women are reported to have been drowned:, but- the man scrambled to safety.
