FIRST OR ETCHING SAL®. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 19. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Ooy., Wellington, reports. The first cnitdhing sale of the season was held to-day. We offered a. catalogue totalling about 530 bales and practically every lot changed hands at very' satisfactory prices. Competition for any fleece offering and crutchings was very keen. Merino crutchings realised up to 15d, good to super crossbred from 14d to 16$d, coarse, Tow and seedy from GJd to lid.
