SYDNEY, June 20. The Miners’ Convention, sitting in Sydney, carried the following resolution: ‘‘ Re alii sing that strikes and contimued short stoppages re-act disastrously on.the .rank and file in the mining industry, this convention adopts conciliation as its future policy. The convention, however, reserves the right o*f industrial action in event of any industrial dispute.”
