News from Cherbourg states that in !a special second 1 lap l dm the Tour de 'France Le JD'Ucq was first, and Frantz 'second. Opperman was twenty-fifth, ’only twelve minutes behind the winner. Watson and Osborne were thirtieth and thirty-first, and Rainbridge forty-first.
