Butter market is firm. New Zealand finest 173 s and 1745; first grade, 1725; unsalted, 176 s and 180 s; Australian, 160 s and 1645; Argentine, 156 s and 160 s; Irish, 168 s and 170 s; Danish, 170 s and 1725; Esthonian, 162 s and 1645; Latvian, 1625; Siberian, 152 s and 1545.
Cheese market is firm. Now Zealand white and coloured, finest 102 s, first grade IOQ.s and 101 s; Canadian new season’s, white 97s and 100 s, coloured 96s and 100 s; Australian, 97s and 100 s.
