CANCER TREATMENT.
SODIU'M OLEATE. PROMISING RESULTS REPORTED. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) LONDON, June 13. The Ross Institute has received several communications regarding Dr. Sha Mackenzie’s treatment of cancer by sodium oleate.
* Professor Gardner, of Salpetriere Hospital, Paris, reports very promising results, and ha® decided to continue systematically the investigation of the treatment, as he believes that it is of the greatest importance. One cas© of a woman aged 62, with cancer of the liver ana stomach, was treated with intravenous injections and progressively increased in weight. The tumour disappeared. _ _ Professor Ciuci, of Jassy University, Bucharest, has also had satisfactory results.
