BRITISH INDUSTRIES FAIR.
SOUTH TARANAKI AVINTER SHOAV
The schedules for the nineteenth South Tarinaki Annual Winter Show with which is being held simultaneously a British Industries Fair from June 27th to July 4th inclusive have been revised and many additional classes added. These classes include classes for schools, boys and girls clubs, honey, farm and garden, fancy work, home industries, poultry, cats, photography, and boy scouts. Entries in all sections except the school class close on Saturday, June 9th, and for the school section on Thursday, June 7th. There is a liberal allocation of special prizes for all classes which in itself should induce generous entries. Also this year additional improvements have been made to the buildings. Already quite a number of important exhibitors have hooked space. The special displays by the four Control Boards in New Zealand, together with the Empire Marketing Board of England, will be quite a feature, it being the first time that displays of this kind have been made in New Zealand. Each section of the show will he dealt with periodically in these columns and we would refer readers to the general advertisement which appears in this issue.
