'Opunake, at Opunake, Mr. W. Tippens. Hawera v. Kaponga, at Kaponga, Mr. i C. Thurston. Referees for the fourth grade are: — Hawera v. Athletic, at Hawera, Mr. A. Spratt. „ Waimatc at Manaia, Mr. G. Hurley. High School A v. Okaiawa, at Hawera, Mr. A. Morrison. High School B v. Patea, at Patea, Mr. H. Hughes. Referees for the Wednesday matches on May 23 are: — City v. Ohangai, at Ohangai, Mr. A. E. Spratt. Fraser Road v. Wliareroa, at Fraser Road, Mr. G. Hurley.
