ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
BODY FOUND IN HARBOUR. [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS iVSSOOiAI‘ON 1 TIMARU, April 24. The body of a well-dressed man about forty-five years of age was found floating in the harbour this morning. It had apparently been in the water for some months, with the result that the features were unrecognisable. dhe hands were tied with rope yarn, and attached to the body were two pieces, of heavy iron bar. There Mere no marks- of violence on the body or anything to lead to the identification. The police theory is that it is a cause of suicide. There are no suspicious circumstances.
