At a meeting of the local branches of the New Zealand Political Reform League, described as "the kickoff ’’ in Eve electron campaign, Air .and Airs Coiates were present. A resolution was passed placing on rc-eord tihe appreciation of the statesmanlike qualities displayed by Air Oo'altes in the discharge of his onerous duties since he became Prime Alin-is-ter in Alay, 1925, and expressing con tinued confidence in him and his col leagues.
