SECOND DAY’S RESULTS
[by telegraph—press association.] PAER.OA, March 19. The concluding day of the Ohinemuri races opened in perfect weather and before a large attendance. Results: Handicap Hurdles, mile and three-quarters. —2 Lady Spalpeen 1, King Amanis 2, 3 Archibald and 1 Kawini (de,ad heat) 3. Scratched: Gold Rain, Fane. Won by three lengths, with four lengths between second and third. Hikutaia Handicap, one mile and 110 yards.—l Schorr 1,2 Piet 2, 4 Lord Abbey 3. Scratched: Always. Won by two lengths. Time, 1.47 2-5. AVaite kauri Handicap, six furlongs.— 1 Lucy Roae 1,2 Avon Court 2, 3 Winnington 3. Scratched : Elope. Won by lengths, one length bdfcween second and third. Time, 1.17.
