LAND SETTLEMENT.
BIG WEST KALIAN SCHEME MANY MILLIONS OP ACRES INVOLVED. BY CABIiE—I’SKHS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT PERTH. March 17. The State Government is considering a big land settlement scheme, involving many millions of acres with an assured rainfall, of excellent quality of land extending from the great southern railway to the 'Esperanto Line, north of the present settled area, it will provide openings for several tliousA and settlers. The Government is on deavoui'ing to secure the benefit of cheaper money available under the migration agreement. It is expected that Oie British and Common wealth Governor, on t-s will agree to finance the development of these new areas under the migration agreement.
