FINED FOR, SLY-GROG SELLING. IBY TELEGRAPH - PRESS ASSOCIATION.! WELLINGTON, March 10. Before Mr. Maun,sell in the Magistrate’s Court to-day, Hugh o'’Reilly, chemist, of Eastbourne, was fined £2O for sly-grog selling. A witness named Edward 1 William Reynolds gave evidence that hq, passed to defendant marked coins on behalf of the police. The Magistrate remarked that the search warrant appeared to have been irregurlarly issued, therefore no order would be * made for forfeiture of the liquor.
