POSITION BAD IN WELLINGTON
(BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 7. Mr R .Semple, secretary of the General Labourers Union ,says that 'it is no exaggeration to say that there are -snven hundred to a thousand unemployed in Wellington, and the position is u,s bad as it was in the winter.
